cheapest try is try new lines and filter i would not go for the tank that is what your filter is for.also looks like some condensation in filter try a bottle of heet [yellow bottle] good luck

my problems usually start with last thing i touched i believe you have intake problem seeings how you changed carbs with no result and problem started when you changed intake

get a rebuild kit and pull both bowls off sounds like floats are stuck take check valves out on top of bowls and put new ones in turn them upside down and screw valve in till floats are horizontal ,blow all that stuff out you can, and replace bowls its worked for me but there are a lot more...

lost oring on carb fuel line to back bowl will a rubber band wrapped tight around fuel line work or will it dissentegrate

i found a great video on youtube it was from a shop called t and l very infomative and easy to understand i believe it was tuning a holley if you are not so knowledgeable in this area it could help you out it was on you tube

i had a darkside 72 monte carlo with 780 damn it was fierice but it was feeding a 454 so what can i say ive seen the light now mopar forever but i sure do miss that old ss monte
