My concern is that I may run dumps in front of the rear axle. I would imagine that having gas fumes under the car on a hot summers day with dumps would not be good....... I may leave the line that went to the canister and just leave it open well away from the tank.

My car has two outlets. One is fuel, and one is vent. So your saying that you are just leaving the vent open on the tank? Thanks, ROB

I just bought a truck that has an Edelbrock carb and it seriously needs a new air cleaner. Is there a universal air cleaner that anyone can recommend from shucks or Napa? Town is 50 miles away so I want to make sure I get it right the first time. Any ideas? Prices? P/N's? Thanks, ROB

I do have a thermoquad on a factory cast intake. Maybe I need to go that route altogether. Mileage and power....I will think about it. Being pragmatic I was going to run what I brung so to speak, but that may not be the best idea in retrospect. ROB
