I like to mount mine on top of the dash in the drivers corner. I pull the bottom screw out of the a pillar trim and screw my mount to that hole, that way I don't have to drill or cut anything. Here is a link to a thread that shows a few different locations though. Good luck Justin...

yeah it was the same as the E body wheel i think even the center pad was the same except for the emblem on it maybe if you are talking about what would be the horn button. But to put one on an a body you have to use an adapter but i think it is the same adapter you use for the tuff wheel

not sure of the codes but i know you could get the rimblo on 70-71 darts i have seen two that were factory sorry but i have yet to learn the codes
