That is Epic and true those parts in the pictures look like the 36” pipe wrench that broke when removing a 2” oil that I bought from Harbor freight.

I am so sorry to here of this. I went through the same thing with a CAP AUTO suspension. Spent all that money and nothing worked the guy never responded for 4 months then I find out he went out of business. Had to fork out more money. Bought the RMS 10 years now running strong...
