I agree RRR, I see no point in you swapping to 8.8 if you have to redrill the drums. I think the 7 1/4 will hold up just fine.

Anti-seize the crap out of the rod that goes into the LCAs. Pump grease in like instructions say until the gun won’t squeeze anymore. If you don’t and have to change the bushing expect to beat those rods out for half of a day. If the bushings go bad just call Bill the are a lifetime warranty item.

No it was a fastback question yesterday.

I have done the driveshaft shuffle three times after changing out three different rear ends and the driveshaft shop asks me every time did you measure it.
