Will Sanderson shorty small block headers fit on 1970 dart with power steering?

Will Sanderson shorty headers for 340 1970 dart swinger with power steering? Friend found a set cheaper than manifolds was was thinking of putting them on her car. Not race car, street car cruiser.

Choices for a shorty small block headers for 73’ A-body.

Thank you for taking the time to read and providing an honest reply. I was looking for headers that were easy to do maintenance on the drivetrain without having the pipes in the way. TTI is not far from my location and knew they were a 3rd choice for me as after cheaply headers and the ones...

Choices for a shorty small block headers for 73’ A-body.

So I’m still getting parts for my Fugly Duckling 73’ Duster build and decided on some cheaply shorty headers for easier install and easier side dump for some cut out. Looks for something that clears power steering box and does not require me being a contortionist to change apart plugs. Small...

    Header/manifold dyno test

So with a difference of an average 15hp/tq gain for $1,000 headers compared to exhaust manifolds? I’ve seen this chart when it came Out and realized headers were not worth my it on my resto car, even with a 400hp crate engine. Think I’ll go with shorty headers on the duster next cause I hate...

    Headers, 72 Duster 360 w-power steering

TTI and Doug's ae your best choices. If you don't mind saving money, banging with a hammer to fit and wrapping the tubes with header wrap so nobody can see the dents, then any other header will work fine.

Stripping old ceramic coated headers and recoating them with high temp vht 2000°

I have some TTI’s like that. Instead of removing the coating, thinking of just doing a header wrap and just plop them in. Your looks very nice though.

Will 340 HP manifolds fit 360 crate engine?

Wow, that's a big diff in exaust loss on the headers vs manifolds. Might have to decide if the ease of mantiance/ stock look will be worth the hp loss. Thanks again for the info there.

Will 340 HP manifolds fit 360 crate engine?

thanks for the info. YOu wouldn't happen to have a guesimate on how much hp diffrence between the manifolds and say a set of nice doug headers? I plan on power steering and like the thought of the manifolds being away from the ps box unlike headers that have atendancy of cooking those a bit.

Will 340 HP manifolds fit 360 crate engine?

My first post in the tech section, so I hope this the right spot for it. I have a 68' dart that I want to swap out to a v-8 from a slant 6. My problem is the exauxt. I have some 1968 HP 340 manifolds and the engine is a 400hp crate engine. DOes anybody know if I can use those ex manifolds on...

    SpitFire headers on a 67-72

I had a friend locally name brian who had put a set of a 1969 dart with a warmed over 340 and ran great, buthad problems with header leaks. Don't know if it was him or the headers, but they did look good. I would contact harrold and see if he builds sets for the second gen a-bodies.

Power loss. 318 Vs 340 manifolds

I saw this listing a few weeks ago about how somebody was using magnum truck exaust on narrow bodies. They seem to fit the narrow bodies, maybe they will fit 67'-later style a-bodies. http://www.geocities.com/lars_an_artist/durango.html
