Will Sanderson shorty small block headers fit on 1970 dart with power steering?

Will Sanderson shorty headers for 340 1970 dart swinger with power steering? Friend found a set cheaper than manifolds was was thinking of putting them on her car. Not race car, street car cruiser.

Since the DD9s were designed for the early A ('64-'66), I'm going to say no.
The DD7/DD8 are for '67 and up, and they will not guarantee fitment on P.S. cars; and they only fit automatics- and I doubt that they would fit with column linkage.
