The TTi 1 7/8 tube headers fit in my 69 cuda with no problems and I removed the power steering and installed the manual steering by disconecting the trans mount and engine mounts and raising the engine in the car.I did disconnect the driverside header from the head but didn't remove it.

Got a mig welder?If so use a cut off wheel to and put some slices in the pipe,bend it where it needs to go and weld it up.

I run the TTI 1 7/8 headers with a 904 trans and the fit I thought was fantastic.Car does dual duty as a street/strip car and the headers are tucked up very nicely.

I got a set from TTI of the 1 7/8 and I love em,I think they go good with the X ram.

You get what you pay for,I will never and I mean never buy a set of cheap headers again.I bought the new style 1 7/8 headers from TTi and I can say I was in amazment on how well built these are and how easy they went in.Its your $$$$$$ and your sanity.

I just installed the new small block TTi 1 7/8 headers for the stock style heads and I can say these are sweeeeeeet,hats off to TTi for making such a nice product.
