They have others that go to 60. But that company is geared towards dirt bikes. I have their 60 psi gauge. Haven’t needed to go higher than that for passenger cars.

I also installed mine in an afternoon with the engine in it. I layed a 4x6 across the fenders and supported the engine with a chain and lift plate off of the manifold.

You’ll need a steering column shaft adapter as the power steering column shaft is shorter than a manual column. Firm feel has one, PST I think as well. You can get it at Mancini Racing as well.

Yea, swap that out for a 4 speed! Need the trans, bell housing and shift linkage. All pretty easy to obtain

I think you also need to take into account that the pinion is offset for Mopar cars, not centered like Dodge trucks. I forget how much and what side, I’d have to look. But as far as having that done, I’d take it to a competent shop who builds rear ends, and have the professionals tackle that...

30 spline axles are what also came out of my 60HD. you can build that rear for your car If you want. It’s heavier than a standard Dana60 with the extra webbing and thicker axle tubes. It takes all the same parts. But like stated earlier, you’re gonna have to cut it down and weld on car ends...

Well it is an HD none the less. Wonder what year it is, definitely earlier than mine as you don’t have an ABS hole machined into it. Pull an axle, it’ll take ya 3 minutes. I’d like to see the spline count as I’m sure @SGBARRACUDA would like to know as well.

Should have a 60HD stamped in the area shown on my 60HD.

D60HD. Definitely open diff, probably 4.10 gears. Pull an axle shaft, undo those 8 bolts on the end and it’ll come right out. Count the splines. I’m curious.

I also have a Dana 70U that I took out of an ‘90 D250. It HAD 32 splined axles, that I threw away and went with chromoly 35 splines and a Detroit Locker. That’s for my ‘74 W200 you may read about my build in the forums hopefully soon.

If it came out of a dodge, and it is a 60 HD, it’ll Most likely have 30 spline axle shafts. Very rarely do they have 35 spline shafts. Pull the 8 axle retaining bolts, and slide the axle out.

I’ve read you can swap spindles side to Side to put the calipers in front or back.?

Every pro forged product I bought seemed to be good quality. Tie rod ends, ball joints, etc. have been working good for me.
