I think any of the newer 4BBL carbs will have larger secondary butterflies than the holes in the intake, you may need a carb spacer to get a newer carb to work.

I would recommend you NOT buy a replacement but have your old one rebuilt. Those new Chinese replacements are pretty bad quality. I sent mine to APT Instruments (www.gaugeguys.com) and they did a great job on mine.
