Once I got to scrap yard and looked it over it was obvious it had sit for awhile lots of rust. The exhaust manifolds looked like they had froze and cracked. I pulled distributor and a few parts and left the rest.i got quite a few parts off 88 w250 too while I was there.

If the marine motors or there parts had any value I would buy it if not i will just let it set.

The 234 heads can they be used in a car or just marine application. Do they have any value ?

I found a 318 marine engine complete from carb to oil pan. Still has trans or pump still attached to it. I can get it pretty cheap just wondering if it's worth getting ?is there any value or should I just leave it alone. Thanks in advance

i have a set of 273 adjustable rocker arms and i know not to use the original pushrods on hydraulic lifters but i havnt been able to locate any info on which pushrods i need. does anybody know who makes the correct one and maybe even a part #. thanks in advance.

sorry to say it was just a regular 340 block i didnt get it it had been sitting and the bores were gonna need boring again

yeah if the car that this engine is from is still alive and out there and i can locate then owner ide like to see them reunited ile go look at it in a few days ile let you guys know if its a ta block or a regular 340 block.

thanks for the responces guys this block is supose to have theta in casting on side of block but ile have to see it to believe it any body know roughly how many were made.

im going to go look at a supossed 340 ta block in a few days its been bored 40 over and suppossedly real clean its just a block anybody know how many were made and what it might be worth ? thanks
