I am just bragging but I pulled my 440/727 out by myself. The steering column was not in the car. But I have a tubular K-frame. ;) But still amazing for me.

Is there a park brake on the end of the transmission tailshaft? My 77 RV 440/tranny combo did. Nothing interchanges with a car 727, except the torque converter. You could always fab the tranny hump to make it work.
