Don’t let the smoke out of it!!!

I’d wait until there’s a good 2 feet of snow on the ground and it’s colder than a well digger’s backside before you start working on it! It will be so much rewarding to do it then instead of now when there’s no snow and temperatures are above freezing!!

Have you tried better gas than 87 octane? The “gas” they sell us today is pale in comparison to what we used to be able to buy.

Can you buy new lenses for the standard dash, too? If so, where?

Take the battery down to the parts store and have them load test it.

Does the dizzy cap have brass terminals or aluminum? I’ve seen the aluminum corrode enough that I had no spark.

Wow! Amazing how much brighter those are! I have been thinking about doing something like this for my duster, but I should concentrate on getting it on the road first!

What year is the truck? I had an 84 that the board wore out and the the resistance for the gauge got messed up between 1/4 and E.
