    buddy had a Tilton hydro T/O in a 65 A, 340/A833 big red lakewood bell. It was always soft. Could not bleed it enough. the slave cylinder needs to braced off the inner fender as the firewall flexed! But it was about the only option at the time. It worked, could probably have worked out the gremlins.

    It was bad, enough to feel it. Its just not made to take that vector of force where the clutch cylinder is mounted. Now if you could mount the cylinder on the shock mount and use a longer arm, it would not use the firewall as the support, instead it would have a sheer mount that would be stronger.

    and you can bet your *** they are cast (billeted forged?) in China. Reason I say this is that its not Chinese that is crap in general, its the spec its called out to from the customer. If it were made in USA, it would be plastered all over that ad. Plenty of stuff on new cars is Chinese origin...

    looks like the trans is not aligned. Cutch took it like a flex plate takes an unshimmed small snout convertor in a later large snout crankshaft. I cracked all 4 ears off mine before I knew about the T-flite Paddy shim.
