As usual when a dispute arises, there's definely two different sides to this story.

IMHO for a small block Mopar... Best bang for the dollar would be ductile rocker arms for street and bushed ductile rocker arms for racing. If a roller rocker is needed, because of ratios or weight, the Norris stainless steel rocker arms were the best of the lot. I understand that RAS is now...

For the members who live around the Fraser Valley in British Columbia there are at least a couple of places in Sumas, WA that could be used for a US address. The one I use is Package Express and their service is excellent and you can even walk across the border to pick up packages...
