Should be faster than mid 12s. My all steel Duster with a stock-stroke 340 went 12.20 with less gear. That was also on 7 cylinders. If it's got a cage, it's theoretically capable of at least 11.50s, no?

Welcome aboard. 11.2-3s? Probably weighs under 3,200 with all the 'glass parts so that's good. What about the chassis, converter and fuel system? Good converter is worth about 2 tenths all else being equal. Chassis needs to work well. Fuel system needs to be up to the task and not drain...

Hey John (FB340), Bayside huh? I guess you must know Lincoln Tech on 20th Ave. where I went to school. I actually live in Windsor Terrace by the park, just beyond Park Slope. Its where Coney Island Ave. and Ocean Pkwy start. It's an awesome neighborhood, we love it there. We have a backyard! As...

    New guy intro

Thanks for the nice welcome fellas. Looking forward to contributing to the board. I've really come around to the A-bodies in the last few years. I do like the B's, especially the early B's, but damn those cars were large! Mid size? Yeah, right. An A-body is an unbeatable platform for a race car...

    New guy intro

Hey, thanks, Jack. Cool Demon you got there. More pics of the Valiant here. The interior is nice, but the body needs a little work. It's a driver, better a little rough around the edges parking on the street in Brooklyn!

    New guy intro

Hello all, My name's Greg, I just joined today, though I'd give a little introduction. I've been a Mopar guy for as long as I can remember. I started out with B-bodies. Some of the cars I've owned include a '67 Belvedere II with a warmed over 273 and a 1965 Belvedere I post car that I got about...
