No, I didn't take what Summit posted as a guarantee. What I took as a guarantee was the word directly from Centerline that the wheels were complete and shipping on 9/6/13. I waited 11 days after that to investigate again, and found that he didn't tell me the truth to begin with.

Definitely. I'm more than willing to pay extra for expediting if I want something in a hurry. I just want what I've already paid in full for. (That's another story altogether, though. I won't be using PayPal for any special orders again, that's for sure)
