Can the 2" primary B Body Hooker super comps be made to work in an a-body without major modification? I know there were accounts of those using the b-body headers with minimal clearance issues, but I don't know of anyone using the 2" super comps... IF there is anyone out there using the...

If you're looking for performance at the strip and mild manners elsewhere why not just install electric cutouts? You can run straight out at the strip and then run through you're full 3" exhaust on the street... might be easier/cheaper/less intrusive then switching to a 3-1/2" exhaust....

Keep us updated on how you ended up liking/disliking about their system and what you thought about their sound. I was looking into them as well...

^^^There are lots of shops around here that will bend 2-1/4" and 2-1/2" cheap, but no one has the tooling for the 3" to do a nice mandrel bend job like he got from TTI. After doing the install on my father's '66 coronet with their 3" kit, I'll never go any other routes. Well worth the extra cash!
