Make sure you have a 4 barrel kickdown set up. 2 barrel wont work. I tried and tried with 2 barrel linkage on my Demon, got the right 4 barrel linkage and a world of difference.

I do mine on the tranny, when floored tranny lever should be all the all the way back. I don't even know if this is right, but seems to work.

Did some checking. According to a guy on the Lil Red Truck Site, the W in the W360HP on the block means it is an E58. EH1 were in the LiL Red Truck. Maybe this will help someone else.

I have a 360, was told it is an E58 Police engine. Its a 1977. On the front of the block under the head reads 2556 in large letters. then upside down in smaller letters w3 o HP, not sure if any thing between the 3 and o as part of the larger 2556 is in that area. With out taking the engine...
