Anyone Heard of K&K Iron Works in Squamish, B.C?

Thanks for the reply, Tod. That was my plan if no one had heard of him on here. The reason I'm talking to him is because he was the only one willing to trade work on the Dart for my '67 Belv project.

Anyone Heard of K&K Iron Works in Squamish, B.C?

Hi everyone: has anyone heard of Glen Stein at K&K Iron Works in Squamish? I am thinking of trading him my 67 Belvedere for some work on my 72 Dart. All opinions/experiences, good or bad, will be very much appreciated. Here is his ad out of Kijiji: K&K Iron Works is located in Squamish...

Not that I'd mind having a bridge or tunnel to the mainland. At $100 for a ferry ride, it makes travelling a pain. Does tend to keep the riff-raff out though.

    Moving to BC

I know that any veh not purchased in BC req a safety. After the first one the veh is good forever. You can't even title an out-of-prov project car in BC without a safety, which kinda makes it not a proj any more. If your veh qualifies, you can get collector veh insurance for cheap. Here's the...

It's time to start, I need a small block

I'm sure Scamper will jump all over this, but........If Scamper doesn't want it, I'm interested. What did you want for the cam and chain? Hey Mike, if Scamper doesn't take it, can I get the lift instead? Please. Of course I'll throw some gas money your way.

Just a thought, but if you could drag this home for about $6-700, you could part out the rest and maybe keep the 360 for free. I'd do it if I lived on the mainland. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/rds/cto/1470276664.html

    Looking for car hauler

This Website has lot's of options: http://www.movecars.com/toc/find/#canada-us I myself used SeaRail to move a non-runner from Moncton, NB to Courtenay, BC. I know.... sounds like it moved in the wrong direction, but that's another story. It took awhile, but it got here. Price was competitive.

90% oil adapter wanted(local Toronto area)

Be careful with UPS Standard shipping to Canada. What you don't see on their web site is the huge brokerage fee they charge COD. If you Google it, you'll find many examples on the net. I have been burned (once!) when ordering Harley parts and will not use UPS again. Here are a couple of...

    US Money Orders

I have to send a US$ money order down to another member in Oregon and I don't want it to be a hassle for him to cash it. Any advice on how to do this? Do I just go to the Post Office or my Bank? I have never had to send a money to the US before. Thanks Nigel
