I am having problems with my lights.the tail lights are working. I have power at the headlight socket and I have checked the light it self, it works. But when the bulb is plugged in it don't work. Thanks

I checked the vacuum lines., they goodthe cap and wires are good.I pulled the plugs plugs 3 and 5 are a little. Oily thanks ill work on it this weekend
