What does the Crush Sleeve Look Like??

Where do you get the Crush Sleeve's from. I just put a 8 3/4 in my car and it leaks from the front around the yoke which has a new seal and I thought it might be the yoke was off but this makes sense. Never heard of this before. Thanks for the help

Never mind... Just figured it out.......

My question is are there newer model axles by dodge that would work on this that are all over the junk yards as I already own a pair but they are on another guys car and he is dragging his feet to take them off. Not a good situation to be in when you are ready to paint!!
