There was another little block that came with the bracket that was intended to mount just under where the throttle cable mount went, so yes, it did have provisions for a kickdown. The throttle pedal was out of a early 80's dodge car, the throttle cable is the cheapo at Autozone. The return spring bracket is a no-name piece picked up at a local swap. the actual linkage hooking the two carbs together is a Mr Gasket setup.
