I recently did some cutting and welding in that same area of my early A and wanted to remove as much old undercoating and paint as I could to prep it. I found that a couple of cans of oven cleaner melted most of the old undercoating off.

My MS3 brings its ground drain back to the common GND plane on the ECU. I disassembled the connector and case to confirm when I first got it.

According to the Holley forums the cam and crank sensor wiring has its ground drain back to the ECU. But if you’ve extended those wires you may need to make sure that grounding path is not broken. Good info here: Crank & Cam Sensor Lead Shielding - Holley Performance Products Forums

We’ve been here before: 67 dart stroker hellcat gen3 hemi with twin turbos... What about mounting those coils closer to the valve covers and try to shorten the plug wire length as much as possible? Kinda like the factory setup?

At 00:11 in your video the engine dies and then quickly recovers. Does that line up with the big gap in your log? Is the ECU completely loosing power? Is anything else being logged during that gap to indicate the ECU is still breathing or is it flat lined?

I couldn’t get the hood to clear that intake elbow and throttle body combo on my early A. You may have to cut the hood on yours also which I hated doing.

Another option would be to buy a box (inexpensive) of clip on ferrite beads and place them all over the wire runs you suspect are emitting EMI.

Are those off the shelf turbo headers or custom? They fit nice. Pass side is tight. It always is, whether it's a sbm, bbm, hemi, LS...unless it's a Slant! What turbos are they? Build is looking great!

Do you have any exhaust fumes issues in the cab with the exhaust exiting out the front fenders? Passengers don't get headaches or kids don't act any sillier than they usually do? :) I'm tempted to try that on my turbo build but am afraid of all of the above. Great build!
