    Yet Another Bleeding Problem...

Even though the parts are new, double check for leaks. Take a look from inside, where the master cylinder is mounted to the firewall. The master will leak from the back. Check the wheel cylinders also. Its not uncommon for new parts to be bad and leak.

I'd replace both hoses. Check both wheel cylinders for leaking. Especially the side thats not pulling.

    Adjusting from drum brakes

Like suggested by alsdemon, be sure the shoes are very clean. It don't take much grime on them to give ya trouble. If they are dirty, don't forget to clean the drums too. Also, if the shoe is dirty/oily, it will be the opposite side that its pulling.

What to try next??? dragging brake shoes

The spring should have enough tension to hold the adjuster wheel in place. It may be time for new springs. Also check that the E-Brake cable is actually retracting as it should. My 62 Dodge had this problem. Anytime I set the brake, the wheel would lock.

What to try next??? dragging brake shoes

Check the Brake springs, especially at the adjuster. The adjuster wheel may be "adjusting" as you are driving/braking.

    front brakes

If your peddle pressure is still good then I would doubt if there was air still in the system(but it's an easy enough job if unsure). You may have a sticking wheel cylinder. Check out the suspension too ie tie rods ect....

    Discing the Earliest A Bodies

Not 100% sure on the 60-61 but the 62's use all the same componants as the later A-Bods. Procedure will be the same. Heres a link. http://www.moparaction.com/tech/archive/disc-main.html

A-arms for 10 small bolt drum brakes???

'74 drums will be larger bolt pattern. If in fact your drums are the 4" pattern, they are '72 & earlier. Therefore you would not need to change the arms. 73 & later uca's use a larger ball joint up top.

    Kelsey Hays Bolt ????

Yes, fortunately the original top bolt was ok and kept the caliper in alignment. The "new" bolt is marginally thinner at the shoulder but funtions well. I was sweating bullets when it snapped.

    Early Disc Brake ?

It has got a single Master cylinder on it which looks odd. Looks like a regular drum M/C but about a 1/2" taller. How do you differenciate the two?

    Early Disc Brake ?

Picked up a 66 Valiant SW this weekend and put it on stands to check the front brakes. Surprise, it's got disc! Anyway, my question is about the brake drag on he rotors. It seems to be excessive on both sides. What would be "normal" resistance when rotating a wheel? Should it be the same as drum...
