I give up, took the lugs and tapped them to 1/2-20 and put the wheels on, but the 14" wheel hit the caliper so we had to space them 1/16" and the stud couldn't make it into lug head. 2 of the lug heads sheared off in the socket tightening them. I can only imagine what the stress of a hard turn...

Bought a wildwood kit that allows 5x4 BP but comes with 1/2"x20 lugs My 14x7 SS cragars with 5x4 bp only take the 7/16" mag lugs (.592 shank dia) and 1/2" lugs are thicker diameter (like .668 shank diameter) any practical suggestions other than buying new 15" ss cragars and tires.?

8" will be ok I actually measured a BFG 255 and the actual tread was 8.25" That will actually make finding rims easier.

I just realized 255 is a little over 10" ...8" rims might work but might not look as good as on 10" rims, that changes everything - now I need to go back to the cragar site. What offset would be best for that? Still 4.5" ?

Anyone know what's the widest rear tire width that will tuck under my 67 Barracuda? Any recommendation for SS cragars width, type or offset to max this out? Also any tire ratio suggestions? I'd like to use 60 series if possible.
