Foot pump came on cars with 2 speed wipers. The motor sticks almost straight out from the firewall. Electric pump came on cars with 3 speed wipers. The motor sits parallel to the firewall.

Heat gun and a putty knife is the correct answer !! If you use a grinder or solvents you have to go thru the entire thickness to get to sheet metal. If you are painting the car, use the gun on the outside of the panel to warm it up...not to set it on fire.

F7 dark green metallic is really close to the green on Bullit's Mustang.

Q1 is the 68 code for bright metallic blue.

Know what you mean about the spare tire missing to give the appearence of a flat floor, but I know for sure the jack placement is correct. Or is it just a conspiracy knowing that 43 years later somebody would ask a question about a jack.

At the center of the car...From the back edge of the clip that covers the chrome trim joint... 7 and 7/8ths inches. To make sure the roof opening is square with the car... From the back edge of the windshield chrome trim to the front edge of the opening on either side just before it...

Go in the trunk and move the torsion bars 1 notch tighter and check the tension. Keep doing it until it doesn't fall down.
