I have the same meter I built when I was a kid. Haven't had that one out for a long time.

It's just pressed on. Takes a bit of pull. Careful not to put any pressure on the plastic cover. They generally break at just under pressure required to pop the piece off. :rolleyes:

Hmmm, Not shag carpet like that, but I had some kind of fake fur stuff on the package shelf of my first car -71 Nova. AND that is the only back seat I recall 'fully utilizing'. Was it the fake fur, or that I had my own apartment after that.? Guess I will never know. LOL I do need to replace...

That was one thing I always liked about the mags. Sometimes you just want to look at a very small area and not light the area around it. The Fenix E-20 doesn't let you focus the spot. It kinda looks like a spot within a flood all the time which is actually pretty good now that I am used to it.
