I've been looking for information on the magnum exhaust manifolds and I couldn't find what I was looking for, is the exhaust opening bigger on the magnum manifolds vs the LA manifolds? dartfreak75 said that he used manifolds for a 2001 ram 1500. I don't mind spending money for a custom down pipe...

I have looked through their stuff. Good source but not going or need to go that deep into this one.

I’d call shifter doc, maybe they can source parts, don’t expect it to be cheap.

Just get a shaft longer than you need, then cut it when sure .

You're right...it sucks to wait. :) plus I have the chance to get a rebuilt 727 and pick from a small selection of driveshafts from a fellow Mopar man who is moving soon. I guess I can measure what's in it now for the shaft, do the math on the trans difference and pick one that's closest. Worst...

I didn't need parts, just cleaned and lubed, and mused over the "push-down", which I really liked . Had a fella here a few yrs ago, couldn't get into reverse, lol

What would a good quality 2500 - 2800 rpm converter cost? I don't need the very best buy I don't want junk either, I don't want to have to replace the converter in like a year because it was cheaper

Yep, It is old! I am gonna have to correct the pivot pin. Google shows a variance, and parts are not available, I have a fix for this. The existing shims should work but wanted to get it up to 100 while in there, I figure this is the direction the hobby is going.
