    999 lock up wiring problem

Any one ever confirm how this loc up works? I have one of those transmissions from an 87 D100 slant truck. Right now it does not lock up like my old hydraulic unit did. I was thinking about wiring it up with an adjustable switch to see if it would lock the converter. Same plug on the back.

'72 Scamp - How to remove old vinyl top and prep for a new one?

The vinyl top on my '72 Scamp is in terrible condition and needs to be completely replaced. My goal is to remove all the old vinyl and prep the top as best I can so when I find a new shop the install will be as cheap as possible. I have a few questions: First - How do I remove all the chrome...

    Mopar Rally Caps

I'm not familiar with these center caps. I'm almost certain I can swap them out for the Dark Argent Center Caps once they arrive. Anybody seen this type on any Mopars at any cruises? Wheels are not aftermarket, standard 14" 5.5" wide.

New Mancini Timing Cover Fitment Issue

I haven't seen anything yet, but it's very obviously different. Will it work? I reckon only you can answer that when you mock it up.

    Thanks slantsixdan!

@slantsixdan mentioned in another thread regarding the old AC Delco fuel pumps for the slant 6. So I hawked one off ebay. If yall want to keep your slants running a long time, I suggest you do similar, as "good" parts are getting tougher to find. Thanks, Dan!

Alignment change after changing from drum to disc

Drum: Looks like about 6 3/4 inches from center of zero on the ball joint to center of the tie rod hole. Disc. Looks like tge sane number. It appears to me that the difference is in the bend. I’d need to measure the offset of the arm from its mounting point on the spindle.

New Mancini Timing Cover Fitment Issue

I did call Mancini. They stated it is a direct fit from original molds but "aftermarket reproduction" so there could be differences. I figured atleast the tolerances would be the same since Mancini was stocking it. One thing I have found out is that this casting is being offered in all the...

Alignment change after changing from drum to disc

It may just be an optical illusion though because the drum LBJ is thinner. Only one way to find out.

Alignment change after changing from drum to disc

It sure looks longer on the left. The bend even starts in a different place. On the left arm, the bend starts in front of the spindle. On the right arm, the bend starts AT the spindle.
