    1973 Scamp 1/4 window outer felt replacement

    The front was easy. Pop out the bottom door stop, let the window down, out with the screws. Now, how do you remove the rear? Looks like it clips in some how. Couldn't find anything in the FBSM or after searching on here. Thanks FABO!

    Inner fenders or floor pan

    As usual I didn't give it to much prior thought, so it is what it is. The floor pan and inner fenders are out of the car. I've heard now, not to remove them at the same time. Which should I re-install first? Does it matter?

    What process should I use to prep and preserve this? Before and after re-assembly of the tail section. Thanks! Clean to bare metal and use weld through primer? Maybe POR 15 on the backsides? Just a test fit. Will disassemble and prep before welding:

    Trunk gutters done

    JR's first crack at body work. He wasn't to sure at first, but he learned to hate it. He actually did a very nice job, even with the crappy tools I provided (sort of on purpose). Next time, some better tools and maybe a whole paint job!
