What year did the collapsible steering column appear in A-bodies?

The power steering on my 67 Barracuda doesn`t return like it should once a turn is made. It sort of needs help? The power steering pump has been replaced and the car recently had a front end alignment. All of the front end parts except the pitman arm are new. Any ideas? Thanks.

I need to reseal/rebuild my power steering pump on my 68 340. I have the kit and I am ready to tackle the job but I`m unsure of how to remove the pulley. The service manual says use tool # blah blah. All I have is your standard puller. Here`s a couple pics.

This column is in a 67 B`cuda with the shifter on it. I had to put a hose clamp around the shaft to hold the spring loaded cap on it. Is there a part missing here? Any ideas? What holds this thing together? Thanks.

Is anyone running a Milodon part#30930 7 quart pan on their big block? It is said to fit A-bodies, but there`s no relief for the idler arm/ drag link. Does the pan have to be massaged to fit? Thanks.
