On the 72 Scamp it has a new gas tank, vented gas cap, and a Offy intake with a Eddy carb. Im not going to run the charcoal cannister so what should I do with the return line? Can I just cap it off at the tank or what? How do you go about restoring a charcoal cannister (for my 73 Dart)?
