What do they look like or how can I tell the difference? I'm trying to make sure I buy the right ones.

I have a 74 Dart Sport column shift that won't go into PARK. This car has power steering. I looked at it and the dash mounting bolts don't align and are not even screwed in. I cannot twist the column to line up. See the picture below.

Is a 76 Dodge Aspen (F Body) steering column a replacement for a 74 Dodge Dart (A Body)? I need to swap out the 74 steering column.
