    Hi, I am building a set of w2s and am wondering if I should run the stock size 3/8 diameter or go to the 11/32. For a motor that will not see more than 7200 rpm is there much gain for cost on the smaller diameter valve.

    Aluminum Intakes dont seal on X heads

    I am forced to run a cast iron manifold that came on my 340. I am sure the block is decked. Pistons stick out about .020.     Mopar 284-528 mechanical cam

    Who has run this cam. I just installed one and it seems very docile. I replaced a comp cam 305-525 cam and this thing is very mild sounding. This is what I was looking for. Are these cams mild sounding compared to the 284-484 cams I have run. this is milder sounding. Thanks
