I have a 68 Dart with a 170 cubic inch motor and an automatic tranny. Any ideas on which transmission this may be? Also, the tranny slips terribly. I can barely make it around my cul-de-sac. Any tips or info would be very much appreciated. Thanks, John

I just bought a 68 Dart with a 225 Slant 6. The car starts fine, idles fine but when I put it in gear, it dies. Even at a high RPM. The vacuum hoses look ok. Any ideas, thank you in advance. Johns68Dart in the Houston area.
