where can I find cam plate bolt that has a hole drilled in it to allow oiling of the timing chain?

i need some advice! I just finished my build of a 408 stroker and am using a tunnel ram with two 600 com Edelbrock carbs. I have all things needed to crank the engine but it just won't start. Should I go back to a single carb to start and break in or am I overlooking something?

Question. I bought a LA 360 78 block, I can't seem to find the front oil galley plugs. I've gone to many different parts outlets but no kits have them. Does anyone know of a source for these?
