I am in need of an engine wiring harness for my 1995 Dodge dakota with the 3.9 six. Anybody have that for sale?

I have a 72 340 with the ECU mounted on the factory drivers inner fender. My problem is the wax that seals the electronics is oozing out from under the unit. But it still works fine. Is the Ecu going bad? Should I replace it? Any help would be helpful. Thanks!
