Are their upper anchor points behind the head liner with threads that can be used without taking the head liner down to prep for 3 point seat belts in a 69 notch back barracuda . thanks

i know this sounds crazy but i dont have a place to mount the ignition switch on my 69 barracuda.It was apart when i got it. there is no hole in the dash like their is in my 67. it looks to me like i need to get a mounting bezel and cut a hole. anybody want to sell me the nesesary parts or help...
