    Collapsible steering column question

    Just realized that while the steering column in my 72 fish has the collapsible steering shaft, the column itself doesnt have the "net" part...its a solid column.... What year did they start using the columns with the "net"? Do I have a really old column or maybe one from a truck or something?

    Steering shaft nut / threads issues

    The steering wheel on my Barracida was just stuck on the shaft (barely) with no nut.....so I started looking into gettin ga nut... Someone on the cuda-challenger.com site said it is is a 1/2" fine lock nut. Well,I found a couple of 1/2-fine (20) nuts.....one a stop nut the other a nylon lock...

    I found that the steering wheel on my car was just sitting on the shaft, no nut...ok , no big deal, if I can find the nut (can i get a "help" part for this maybe?)
