‘65 Door Hing Help

Im about to start primer/finishing body work on my ‘65 Valiant project. My rear door hinges are pretty good, passenger front is decent, but as usual the driver’s door hinges are sloppy as all get out...
Anyone have any advice on fixing the early door hinges?

I know you like to do your own work, but @MoparLeo is the Mac Daddy at rebuilding hinges.

@MoparLeo do you rebuild ‘65 hinges? I looked at your page and it said ‘67 and up
