Hi all. My ‘72 Duster needs a new brake booster and master cylinder. It has stock power front disc brakes.

I’m going to by a new master cylinder, but I’m not sure if I want to rebuild the brake booster or buy a new one. Anyone have experience with a rebuild?
I haven’t been able to find a brake booster that is like my stock one. All I see on summit/Jegs/Classic Industries are u universal ones.

If it's the 7" dual diaphragm booster, you ain't gonna find a new one. Rebuilders are your only option, like Booster Dewey or Harmon.

Doctor Diff also offers one that, although not an original, should be a bolt-on. But I would contact him first to make sure it will fit your brackets.

Thank you for the reply. Sounds like I’m on the right track. I knew about the Dr. Diff one but not the rebuild sellers. Thank you for the info!
