I measured the lugs at 4.25" so I am assuming it is a LBP. Has been painted satin/flat black over some rust but not bad. No real pits that I could see. It says on the inside Kelsey-Canada and 14x5. Located in Raeford NC 28376 shoot an offer and shipping or will trade for something old and Mopar. IE cool old Mopar glass or poster or something along those lines. Thanks
