10" spindle question

How do I tell the difference between a 10" and a 9" drum brake spindle? I only have the spindle...I tossed out all the other stuff years ago.

Hope some one can give me an idea on what to look for.

Dont have any pictures handy but the 10" spindle on the top has a 90 degree bend towards the frame where it mounts to upper ball joint. (kind of like you would think it should be) The 9" spindle goes up and bends 90 degrees back towards the rear of car were it mounts on to the top ball joint.

if i remember i can take a picture of the 10 inch spindles i will have up for sale when i get my butt in gear.
