14" steel wheel sbp in or close to maine

as stated I have a friend looking for 1 14" sbp steel wheel for a spare.
Surely someone on here lives fairly close & can hook a 62 valiant ride up-- he is changing to 14' wheels & wants a spare.
As always cheaper is better.

He could always use a 13" with a tire that is comparable in height to his others. It's only for emergencies, right?
