I have a set of 4 rims that were on my 84 Dodge truck. They are 15x7 and I think 4" backspacing. Would that work on my newly BBP 72 Dart? I realize they bolt up, but I don't have any tires on them....so, can't try them out.

205/70-15 maybe?

If it was me I would take the front and rear wheels and tires off one side of the dart. Especially the front. Mount the Dodge truck wheel by using a couple of lug nuts and look and see if there is any clearance issues. Turn the steering to the lock and see how much clearances you have. Turn it to the other lock and check. (All the way left and then all the way right)
If the wheel works out now you get to chose which tires will work and not have clearance issues. :)

Yep and you can go at least 255/60/15's on the rear. I have 15x6.5's for my fronts from a diplomat. I will be running 15x5.5 C body wheels on the front of my other car that is manual steering.
