I think what you want can be found on a Diplomat from the 80s.
A junk yard might be possible?
A friend used a set for his 63 Polara.
And I used some on a Dart.
They are the same size as cop rims, 15X7 , but don't have the slots.

I've got (4) right now. Might be careful as the centers can be different, ealy to late. The later 15x7's I've seen had a funny reverse dish to the center.
BTW, mine look like the early '70 hemi car 15x7's. Part number doesn't match, it's just a visual similarity.
