Hello Everybody!! What we have here today is a 1968-1971 150MPH speedo out an A Body. I know very little about this unit but it looks to be in real nice.
The face has no rust and the numbers are very white.
This unit does use a "clip on" speedo cable and that is why I believe it is a 1968 and later model.
I hooked up this speedo to a drill and spun it. The needed was steady up to 85mph (my drill would only make it go up that high) and the needed returned to 0 with no problems.
The only thing wrong is the knob is missing for the Trip meter but I looked and they are available aftermarket.
The numbers on the wheels for the mileage are faded some but as you can see in the pictures not to bad at all.
The needed was faded so I took the liberty of repainting it to the factory color. She looks good as new.
So there you have it, a nice looking speedo that all you need to do is just install it and your good to go....I just hope all your other gages looks as good as this one does.
