15x7" rally trim rings

Checking to see if anyone can tell me the correct size trim for 15x7 rally wheels (5-4 1/2) and maybe a link as to where to get them. I have heard people say anything for 2 1/2", 2 3/4" and 3" trim ring depth. Thanks for any help you can provide to me.
