One thing 72bluNblu, how many people really need 245+ given the wheels they run? Again, not that they don't need that much rubber, but are wasting it by mounting them on narrow wheels?

As long as you stay between the manufacturers specs it's fine. But yeah, if you're cramming a 245 onto a factory 5.5" wide wheel all you're doing is ruining your tread wear.
